A large format, very well executed, signed Zoe Mozert pin-up pastel created for The Brown & Bigelow Calendar Company of Saint Paul, Minnesota. A pretty modernist glamour girl readies herself for a night out on the town in this fresh and exuberant almost photo realist surviving published work, this appeared with the title "Exquisite". Mozert got her start in the 1930s working for many of the Hollywood movie magazine titles during the Golden Age of Hollywood, she later found work with Brown & Bigelow and was one of the of the company's most important and well regarded artists. Pastel remains in very fine condition and is handsomely framed under glass and ready to hang.
